Andrew Small is the founder of Building Brokers where he, also, serves as the principal broker. Trained in customer service at a young age from growing up in a family retail business, Andrew is driven by an unyielding desire to provide exceptional service and value to his clients. Andrew's previous brokerage experience includes tenures at Northmarq and SVN Trinity Advisors where he was able to close a multitude of deals that exceeded $100M in total value. Prior to transitioning to brokerage, Andrew worked on the general contracting and development side of the business on ground up construction projects totaling well over $1B in construction costs primarily with Hillwood Properties and Vaughn Construction. Andrew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The Ohio State University and his Master of Science degree in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington. Andrew holds broker‘s licenses in Texas and Florida and resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and three children.
